Value engineering is a process-oriented method that identifies unnecessary project costs and thus increases cost security - especially in large-scale projects. Thus, in complex construction projects, the value engineering process enables a structured optimisation of the manufacturing or life cycle costs without significantly limiting the functionality and quality of the planned structure.

In addition to methodological knowledge of project management, the VE process also requires planning know-how in order to be able to carry out a meaningful comparison between planning and the desired function. Since GCA has its own planning department (incl. TGA experts), a close, professional exchange between the project control and the planning team is direct and uncomplicated and provides the client with considerable added value.
